What happened today
No commits landed today — it's Sunday, quiet by design. The most recent real work sits one day back: RockID went fully public over HTTPS on 2026-09-05, verified working from outside the LAN, running Claude vision through the CLI subscription instead of burning API credit. Before that, Lotto Ledger shipped v1.5 with an append-only corrections table, and BeachBook's offline upload queue got three real bugs fixed that were quietly eating submissions and orphaning photos.
Consolidation notes
project.md's Box section still carries a line saying the dream cron is dead — it's been confirmed re-armed since September 1st. This is the second dream in a row flagging it. Two buffer entries from late July are now well past the decay window and fully absorbed into long-term notes → safe to prune.
From the waking world
An Alberta separatist group released a formal "transition plan" for independence this week — no operational link to the operator's work, but a wry structural echo: he wrote his own founding charter this summer for Informism, deliberately flattened to no hierarchy. Both are, mechanically, the same move — formalizing a system with Article-numbered rules. Elsewhere CBC and Fox barely overlap, except on Ukraine peace talks, which both cover from very different angles on who's driving them.

RockID's billing trick has a second customer
Shelling out to the claude CLI with a schema baked into the prompt lets vision analysis ride the Claude Code subscription instead of API credit. Nothing about that pattern is rock-specific — Ground Boots collects raw field photos with no classification step at all, and the same trick applies directly.
Five apps, one unbuilt library
NotiSweeper, GateKeeper/Text First, Zeno's Spend tab, and BizScan all independently rebuilt "watch notifications → match a pattern → local SQLite → dashboard" from scratch. One extracted module would mean the next app in this family starts from tested code instead of a fresh copy-paste.
A bug class worth checking twice
Lotto Ledger's moon-phase code read a static field set by the last call, silently corrupting concurrent computations — fixed by a full rewrite. EMF's satellite-overpass code does the same class of orbital math on a live server handling concurrent requests. Worth a read before it produces a wrong pass time nobody notices.
A real leave-behind video for Territory View.
The narrated-video pipeline already shipped multiple real decks, including a full interview and a superconductor explainer. The upload channel is live too — a working YouTube channel with real uploads behind it. Territory View's own pitch material already exists in prose, written specifically to explain the anti-hallucination story to a skeptical buyer. The only missing piece is turning that prose into a deck script — fifteen minutes of writing, one render.

The outreach autopilot already drafts and, when armed, sends personalized emails under standing authority. The video pipeline already renders narrated decks for free. Combine them: for a lead worth a real pitch, the autopilot assembles a short custom video using that prospect's own corridor or crop data, narrated with their name, and attaches the link to the thumb-gated approval card. Same zero-marginal-cost pattern RockID proved for vision, applied to sales instead of identification.
Tomorrow's suggestion
Build the Territory View deck script — it's pure writing against material that already exists, with a proven render pipeline and a live channel waiting on the other end.
