Where they agree: fires are real, smoke crossed the border, there is federal attention on both sides. The operator has documented fuel-load observations, connectivity dead zones, and road-condition data from the TCH corridor that runs through their fire-management jurisdiction. A follow-up email sent 48–72 hours from now — after the acute emergency ops subside — arrives with the best possible timing this pitch will ever have. It is not a new pitch. It is a reactivation with a news hook: "You have 100 active fires. We were on the ground in May. Here's what we saw in the understory."

Anchor + tDCS: The One Session the operator Already Has Hardware For

Environmental Emergency Baseline: sell the "before" when organizations need it most
After fires, floods, and storms, every environmental and infrastructure organization needs to know what the land looked like before. BeachBook's STAC scan endpoint (POST /api/scan) queries Sentinel-2 NDVI/NDMI imagery for any bounding box — built for beach substrate, but the satellite is agnostic.
