Privacy Policy

Effective: June 23, 2026 · Last updated: June 23, 2026
Plain-English summary: If you join the waitlist, we store your email (and optionally the tier you picked and what you'd build) so we can invite you and improve the product. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how DriftWest (Chris Ziehr), based in Canada, handles personal information for Sparky Builder ("the Service"). For privacy questions or requests, contact info@nimpact.ca.

2. What we collect

We do not knowingly collect data from children. We do not collect special-category sensitive data through the waitlist.

3. Why we use it (and your consent)

Our marketing email complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we email you only with consent, we identify ourselves, and every message includes a working unsubscribe link.

4. How we store & protect it

Data is stored in a database on a private server we control. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider) and only as needed, or where required by law.

6. Third-party AI services

When you use the app-building features, your instructions may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic). Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Retention

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until it's no longer needed for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing email and may keep a minimal record to honor that choice.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including Canada's PIPEDA), you can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@nimpact.ca and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email us.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
