WebGL Not Available
Your browser or device doesn't support WebGL, which is needed for real-time fractal rendering.
Every pixel and every note is generated from scratch in real time. Nothing is pre-recorded or looped. Live electromagnetic field readings from plants and the environment continuously steer the fractal math and music synthesis — no two moments are ever the same.
Visuals — each frame, a WebGL shader computes the Mandelbrot/Julia set equations for every pixel at up to 60fps. Deep Zoom uses double-float precision arithmetic in the shader to reach 1 trillion× magnification without losing detail.
Audio — Tone.js synthesizes every sound live. Pitch, rhythm, timbre, and effects are calculated from sensor readings each moment. Eight generative stations, each with a different synthesis approach — use the arrows to switch.
Two different plants are drawing this fractal. Root is buried 1” in soil with a yucca and an avocado sharing the same pot. Stem lays against the stem of a hydroponic tomato in a south-facing window. Their live EMF readings feed directly into the Julia set’s complex constant — the number that defines the fractal’s entire character. When a plant fires an electrical spike, the shape shifts within milliseconds. Air floats between both setups in the kitchen as an environmental baseline.
